The Galaxy S II is Samsung's new successor to the original acclaimed Galaxy S. It is also one of the first Android™ mobile phones to bring users the latest version of the Google Android mobile phone operating system (Gingerbread 2.3). The Samsung Galaxy S II is slimmer and lighter, and yet much more powerful. It has a much improved and wider display coupled with a more powerful application processor and higher data transfer speeds.
